Description

Join us for a day of rejuvenation and connection with nature at our Hiking, Yoga and Cacao Ritual event! We’ll start the day with a refreshing hike through beautiful trails, followed by a calming yoga session to stretch and relax our bodies. After that, we’ll gather for a special Cacao Ritual to indulge in the rich flavors of cacao and experience its grounding and heart-opening properties. Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. See you at PlazaEspaña- Intermodal Station.

Yin / Yang Yoga

Yin is more internal, passive, cooling and downward. While Yang is more external, dynamic, warming and upward.

Yin / Yang Yoga helps bring balance to the body by engaging yin and yang elements.
