After 60 min class the mother feels comfortable, relaxed and fit during pregnancy, supporting the health of her growing child and easing delivery and labour pains.
Heal, strengthen and nurture with postnatal yoga. Breathing and stretching exercises work to relieve tension in the body as well as connecting with a community of mums. I combine specific postnatal yoga exercises for both mums and babies to enjoy together.
The postnatal yoga focuses on strengthening the abdominal area and restoring pelvic muscle function. Helps to relieve lower back pain, reduce and alleviate neck and shoulder tension and realign the spine.

Every woman can aim to give birth in the most natural, supportive way possible. There are several models of childbirth:
Home-birth is when the mother choses to deliver the child in her own home with a Midwife and not in the hospital.
Water-birth is when the baby is delivered vaginally and while the woman is in a birthing pool. Water-birth can happen at the woman’s home or in a hospital or birth center with a Midwife.
A caesarean is a life saving operation performed by a doctor in which the fetus is taken from the uterus by cutting through the walls of the abdomen and uterus.
